Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of FreightPilot AI™, operated by Freight Pilot AI LLC ("we," "our," "us"). By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
FreightPilot AI is a software-as-a-service platform for trucking operations, including dispatch, driver management, invoicing, maintenance tracking, recruiting, and AI-drafted communications.
2. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us of any unauthorized access.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use FreightPilot AI to: (a) violate any law, (b) infringe intellectual property, (c) transmit malicious code, (d) attempt to reverse-engineer the service, or (e) resell the platform without a written agreement.
4. AI-generated content
FreightPilot AI uses generative AI (GPT-5.2) to draft messages, invoices, and other content on your behalf. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-drafted content before sending. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI output and disclaim liability for content sent by you.
5. Fees and billing
During beta, FreightPilot AI is free. After beta, pricing is disclosed at freightpilotai.ai/services. Subscription fees are billed monthly, non-refundable except as required by law, and may change with 30 days notice.
6. Your data
You retain ownership of all data you enter into FreightPilot AI. We store and process it solely to provide the service. On termination, you may export your data within 30 days after which it is permanently deleted.
7. Service availability
We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
FreightPilot AI is provided "as is." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FreightPilot AI LLC and its founders are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, arising out of your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior 12 months.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Dakota, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Minnehaha County, South Dakota.
